During your stay

Please note, there is a no smoking policy both in and outside the house.

It is preferable that you leave your key in the key safe when you go out, to avoid any keys being lost. If unfortunately, you lose a key a charge will be made to replace it.

The house is not suitable for small children, we have set a limit of 3 over 10’s only. This means one child per bedroom, the 4th bedroom being for the parent (s).

We love animals but the house has a no pet policy.

Because the house is situated on a sloping block, unfortunately it is not wheelchair friendly as there are a number of steps to access the property.

During your stay we hope you kick back and relax, bare feet or slippers are encouraged inside.

There will be a small number of provisions in the house, tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap, foil etc. St Helen’s is a 10-minute drive away from the house, there are 2 IGA’s in the town, please check their Facebook pages for opening hours, they do vary according to the day and if it is a public holiday.
